We are happy to attend one of your events by request, schedule permitting.  Please provide us with your contact information and some information about the event you would like us to cover.  Dates, times, location, type of event, contact person and any website information about the event is most helpful.  We will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if we will be able to attend.
